When we were awarded the tender to carry out the complete refurbishment of the Windsor Castle Guardrooms, we applied our customary approach to working within historic buildings, respecting the structure and interior and operating with respect for the members of staff and their daily working routine.

As well as general redecoration of The Guardrooms, new flooring was laid, gym and TV areas created, lighting upgraded, the control room and toilets refitted and the hardwood timber doors restored to their original state.
The Guardrooms are now a smart and appealing area for castle security to spend time and the project was completed with minimum disruption to daily life at the castle.
